Natalie Schmook MBA’06

In this show, host J.B. Adams interviews Natalie Hayes Schmook, founder and owner of Hayes Wealth Advisors LLC, a financial planning and investment management services company serving optometrists, optometry practice owners, and their families. Ms. Schmook graduated from Crummer in 2006 as a part of EAMBA 9. Her career started in private wealth management with SunTrust Bank, pivoted to operating a franchise, and then evolved to starting Hayes Wealth Advisors. She and her husband Eric Schmook (a fellow alumnus) continue to be involved with Crummer by assisting with Career Services and participating in the annual venture plan competition.

Serg Albino MBA’10

In this show, host J.B. Adams interviews Serg Albino, Co-Founder and CEO of ecoSpears, an impact venture delivering cost-effective and eco-friendly cleantech solutions to destroy persistent organic pollutants from our land and waterways. Mr. Albino is a serial entrepreneur with a long career in technology, engineering, and consulting. He graduated from Crummer in 2010 as a part of SMBA 05.

Diahann Smith MBA’17

In this show, host J.B. Adams interviews Diahann Smith, who currently serves as the director of marketing and business development for Florida Dairy Farmers. Before starting her thirteen-year career with Florida Dairy Farmers, she had a long career in marketing in Central Florida, previously working at the Orlando Sentinel. Ms. Smith graduated from Crummer in 2017 as a part of EMBA 36.
